MPIWC Bailout Plan
At MPIWC, your Chapter Leaders are striving to meet and exceed your needs! With this in mind, we have developed a number of tools to assist our members who have been hit hard by the economic crisis we are experiencing in America. If you have lost your job, or financial support for program attendance, this is for you!

Member Assistance Available through the Plan:
• MPI Membership Renewals:
For members in need of MPI membership renewal assistance, the Task Force will first work with and educate the member on the programs available at MPI HQ for membership renewal assistance. Currently, MPI is offering a free six month extension at renewal. After that, if the member is still unemployed, an additional six months of membership are available for only $99. If the member has already extended their membership for six months and still needs assistance, the chapter will consider paying the $99 fee for unemployed members to extend the membership another six months. Members can also pay their renewal fees in four small installments. If a member can provide substantial reasons why none of these programs will work for them, the Task Force can make the decision to assist that member with their renewal on a case-by-case basis, based upon need and at the Task Force’s discretion.
• MPIWC Meeting/Event Attendance:
Members can request Chapter meeting/event registration fee assistance and the Task Force can offer up to 100% assistance based upon need and at their discretion.
Deadline is two weeks prior to any meeting/event.
• MPI Conference Attendance:
Members may request financial assistance for attendance at either WEC or MeetDifferent whereby they can receive assistance in the form of conference registration. Overnight accommodations and airfare would be not be included.
Deadline is two months prior to any conference.
• CMP/CMM Application-Participation:
Should a member wish to request assistance for any fees related to the acquisition of either the CMP or CMM professional designation, the Task Force can pay up to 50% of requested fees based upon need and at their discretion.
Deadline would be the same as the deadlines posted on MPI website.
